Position: HR Team Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Team Lead to oversee and manage the recruitment team, drive hiring initiatives, and ensure the successful closure of manpower requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive recruitment knowledge, and the ability to mentor team members while maintaining high recruitment standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Allocate job requirements and monitor recruiter performance.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for critical and strategic positions.
Develop and implement effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
Review candidate profiles and ensure quality submissions to clients.
Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand manpower requirements.
Conduct team training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Ensure timely interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer rollouts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and team productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
Prior experience in leading recruitment teams.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities – HR Team Lead
Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
Assign job requirements to recruiters and monitor daily performance.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for critical, niche, and leadership positions.
Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Review and validate candidate profiles before submission to clients or hiring managers.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Mentor and guide recruiters to improve sourcing, screening, and closing skills.
Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
Ensure timely interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Monitor team productivity and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders.
Resolve recruitment challenges and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and documentation accurately.
Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment processes, and quality standards.
Support workforce planning and contribute to business growth initiatives.
Drive employee engagement and team motivation within the recruitment function.
Stay updated on market trends, hiring practices, and talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

Requirements – HR Team Lead
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in leading or managing a recruitment team.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Experience in handling bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and client-based recruitment.
Proven ability to achieve hiring targets and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience working with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to prepare and present recruitment reports and MIS data.
Good understanding of recruitment metrics and performance tracking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Client management and stakeholder coordination experience will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of up to 30 days are preferred.
